Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand and select international destinations. Please note that shipping options and costs may vary depending on the delivery location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 10 AM (GMT New Zealand Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We use the following shipping carriers:

  • NZ Post
  • Aramex

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost is based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order.

Domestic Shipping (within New Zealand):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
    Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

ShopFive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@shopfive.co.nz to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
